Launched in 2000, New City Contract Cleaning rapidly grew to a significant turnover and a staff of around 80 people, serving clients in and around the West Midlands, Shropshire and Staffordshire. As a result of increasing demand for their services to be rolled out nationally, New City turned to franchising in late 2008 and began awarding territories to carefully selected applicants with tremendous results.

The New City concept is very much a management franchise; operating in exclusive territories franchisees oversee the work of the cleaning teams handling commercial and contract cleaning projects throughout their area. The role is very much one of co-ordination, customer service and quality control – there is no cleaning involved!

Existing contracts are available in many territories, and New City will handle all of the marketing and credit control aspects of the business, leaving the franchisee free to look after the clients and manage the growth of their business.
