gas-elec safety inspection franchise…Celebrating 12 years in the booming home safety business

gas-elec pioneered combined gas and electrical safety inspections in the UK residential lettings market in the UK in 1996. The company has since expanded into a national network, offering combined inspections, specialist electrical inspections, remedial works and energy-saving products to the lettings, domestic and commercial markets. It currently carries out more than 120,000 inspections in people’s homes every year and is looking for new inspection engineers to keep pace with this highly successful business. The company is thriving, in spite of the recession, with work waiting in most areas, hence it is keen to recruit engineers in virtually all parts of the UK.

gas-elec's unique service

gas-elec Safety Inspection franchisees are qualified to inspect both gas and electrical equipment in one visit and to carry out minor remedial works.

gas-elec Electrical franchisees are qualified electricians who carry out higher end electrical works and remedials including Part P.

gas-elec Management franchisees market the business and generate work for the Safety Inspection and Electrical franchisees who carry out the work.
