The big recycle

Cartridge refilling company Cartridge World has supported the UK's biggest national recycling event. The BIG Recycle was held in June, and now in its third year, is a major campaign that aims to encourage the public to recycle more.

Cartridge World has supported the event with an ongoing drive to encourage home and business users to refill their empty cartridges instead of throwing them away.

Commenting on The BIG Recycle, Cartridge World's director of European franchising, Duncan Berry, said that the event represents one of the company's main beliefs: the importance of diverting waste from landfill sites.

'Refilling printer cartridges and toners is just one of the many ways that families and businesses can decrease the amount of rubbish going in their bins. The BIG Recycle aims to raise awareness of other waste saving ideas and we strongly support this campaign and wish it every success.'
