VPZ’s mission is to assist smokers in making the switch while helping existing vapers stay on their journey. We do this by providing excellent customer service and an incredible range of vaping products. Every member of staff is fully National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) certified. This ensures we can offer genuine and accurate smoking cessation support in our stores.
We recently entered partnerships with Morrisons and Just Eat to support our expanding 168-store portfolio. Availability and accessibility of support for quitting smoking have been identified as a vital aspect of a smoker’s quitting journey. With these partnerships our services are available to as many smokers and vapers as possible.

Where can I open a VPZ franchise?
The goal of our store expansion is to provide our services in every town in the country by 2028. With that in mind, there are no limitations on where you can open your franchise. Vape shops such as VPZ are now a staple in prime shopping locations, with landlords becoming fond of the reliable and low-risk nature of vape shop tenancy. The result of this is increased availability in high-footfall areas, most evident in VPZ’s recent Metrocentre franchise store opening in Newcastle.

Our Stance as An Industry Leader
VPZ take pride in our position as the UK’s leading vaping specialist, using our decade of experience to offer important industry insights. We currently hold a spot on the directors’ board of the UKVIA (UK Vaping Industry Association), having been a founding member. A non-profit organisation, the UKVIA represents non-tobacco vaping companies to protect the industry and its users.
We’re a significant thought leader and voice for change within the industry, most notably outwardly supporting a disposable ban since its inception. The company was the first to introduce recycling services in our stores and have consistently been advocating for users to swap to a more sustainable solution. With the public now being forced to consider reusable options, we have positioned ourselves accordingly. Working in tandem with our sister company Absolute E-juice, who are also based in Edinburgh, VPZ is committed to providing an increasing number of best-in-class e-liquids.
