Bluebird Care and Interim Healthcare Inc. join forces

Bluebird Care, the largest UK care at home franchisor with 180 offices in the UK and Republic of Ireland, are delighted to announce they are now part of the Interim Healthcare Inc. Group which is based in Florida USA.
Interim Healthcare Inc. who have purchased both the franchise business and the two company owned offices, are the most established US care franchisor having been formed in 1966. They currently have over 300 franchised offices throughout the US.

The senior management of Bluebird Care, Paul Tarsey, Simon Dalziel and Lisa Tarsey will remain with the Company, which will enable Bluebird Care to continue to execute its continued growth strategy in the UK. The business will continue to be run from its Head Office in Petersfield, Hampshire.
