Award-winning transport & logistics franchise, Driver Hire, has further strengthened franchise support. To aid franchisees’ sales efforts and enhance after-sales support, Driver Hire has added two new staff to its eServices team: Shadia Teers and Jimmy Singh.

“Alongside their core recruitment business, Driver Hire franchisees boost their earnings stream by offering a range of non-core products developed by Driver Hire,” says Tony Goacher, Divisional Managing Director, eServices & Training. “They currently include, dh Licence Check, eLearning and a suite of eLearning modules.”

Shadia, an external appointment, is moving into a newly created accounts management support role. She will provide assistance and guidance, highlighting the features and functionalities of products to ensure Driver Hire’s eServices customers get maximum value from them.

Jimmy, who previously worked for Driver Hire’s Bradford-based telemarketing team, has been appointed to ‘esales consultant’, a new field-based role. He’ll be using his extensive sales experience to sell Driver Hire’s expanding eServices’ range to a wider range of customers.

Commenting on the appointments, Tony Goacher added: “The popularity of our eServices portfolio is growing quickly. We recently completed our 120,000th licence check and continue to have enquiries from right across the UK. Jimmy will ensure that we are able to maximise sales and Shadia, after-sales back-up and support. A recent customer survey showed that we’re clearly delivering the goods when it comes to customer service –  97% of respondents consider our service to be either good or excellent.”
