Cash Converters, the small loans company, scoops the Best National Business accolade in the regional category of Edinburgh for The Scottish Business Awards.
Supporting customers for over 14 years, the three
The family franchise, started by Tom Inglis now owned by his sons, Andrew and Thomas Inglis, opened their first store in Leith Walk. Following, a surge in customer demand, South Clerk Street followed and has been serving local shoppers for a decade, while Wester Hailes opened three years ago.
As part of the awards, mystery shoppers who rated them highly visited all three stores. An online vote then followed, calling customers to vote for their favourite business which gained Cash Converters a place on the shortlist and eventual win in the Edinburgh region.
Andrew Inglis,
“Our business has continued to thrive over the 14 years, and, because of this, we’ve been able to open more stores and employ more staff members. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and being part of the community which we know and love.”
