ActionCOACH welcomes Jody Macmillan QFP to its support team

ActionCOACH has welcomed Jody Macmillan QFP to its support team as UK franchise recruitment manager.

Jody joins the business coaching network from TaxAssist Accountants, having attained her Qualified Franchise Professional status with the British Franchise Association earlier this year. The move comes in response to an increasing number of people interested in the ActionCOACH business model, with the number of franchisees now exceeding 150.

Julie Wagstaff, UK franchise recruitment director at ActionCOACH, said: “We’ve had such an uplift in enquiries for the franchise over the last two years. We wanted someone fantastic to join our team to keep the momentum going whilst building solid franchise relationships with our peers. Jody just fits the bill perfectly.”

Jody joins other recent recruits to the support team, including Laura Thorburn, UK marketing manager, and Phil Mowat and Tim Holmes, national partnerships manager. The UK support team now stands 50-strong. 

Jody said: “I’m really looking forward to meeting ActionCOACH candidates. We’ll also be expanding our discovery day into a roadshow in the coming months, so keep an eye out for dates as they are released online!”
