Belvoir Wrexham named best estate and letting agency in Wales

Belvoir is celebrating after its Wrexham franchise was named the best estate and letting agency in Wales.
Franchisees Vaughan and Sally Schofield were awarded the prize at the British Property Awards 2016. Belvoir Wrexham’s sales administrator, Felicity Richards, also won the gold award for Best Individual in the North. Vaughan said: “We are absolutely delighted that Belvoir Wrexham has won these awards and I’m incredibly proud of everyone in the team.
“The British Property Awards are quite unique as they compare customer service provided by agents in a local area over a 14-week period. During that time the panel also conducts mystery shopping and engages in various interactions with the offices and grades them accordingly.
“The people of Wrexham have always welcomed and supported us and, without them, our business would not be where it is today. I am very proud that, in a small way, we have put Wrexham on the map for this national achievement, because it is a fantastic place to live and to do business.
“I am also incredibly proud of Felicity who won the Best Individual in the North award. Felicity has only been with Belvoir Wrexham for about 18 months, and had never worked in sales and lettings before, but she is a complete natural and a real force to be reckoned with. For her to receive recognition in this way is just brilliant.
