ActionCOACH receives 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status for fourth year running

ActionCOACH has received its fourth 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status, making it one of only five franchisors to achieve this feat.

In 2013, the business coaching service became the first franchise to be awarded the honour by independent research agency Smith and Henderson, following outstanding feedback undertaken anonymously by ActionCOACH franchise owners.

ActionCOACH’s overall score of 86 per cent puts it in the final for the Best UK Franchise Awards 2016 in November, where it has won RBS’s Best Mid-Priced Franchise for the last two years.

Steven Frost, CEO of Smith and Henderson, said: "ActionCOACH was awarded 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction based on positive feedback from their franchisees. They rated it above average across all five key areas that we measure in our industry-benchmarking programme, like training and support and relationship with their franchisor.
