Two Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) franchisees are celebrating after renewing their franchise agreements following 20 years in the business.

Now aged 67, Ross explained that he is continuing with his ERA franchise due to the work-life balance and financial rewards it brings.
Ross said: “I make a very good living and I have a great lifestyle – it really is possible to have both!
“There are real, tangible rewards of being successful: my wife and I have increased the overall value of the properties that we’ve lived in and it’s safe to say my net worth has increased quite dramatically.
“I’m looking forward to more of the same – not many people are lucky enough to say that, I imagine! I’m excited about taking on new projects and challenges and working with new people along the way.
“One thing’s for sure, this has never, and will never, feel like a nine-to-five job. You do your best and get the best rewards: financial stability and success, personal relationships and friendships.
