Local Appliance Rentals goes from strength to strength

Local Appliance Rentals (LAR) has welcomed new franchisees for 2017 into Margate, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Livingston in Scotland, and Bangor in Northern Ireland. What’s more, 2016 delivered 27 franchisees to the franchise, which rounds it up to 45 franchisees currently.

2016 earnings were up 150 per cent on 2015, which was to be expected with the rapid rise in franchisee numbers across the UK network. Customers are clearly happy with the service and product range of available items for medium term rental.

LAR has also announced they will be extending the unsecured finance facility throughout 2017 and beyond. The facility has enabled franchisees to build their business effectively as a co-investment from head office. Since announcing the optional finance facility at the first annual conference in 2015, sales numbers exploded and franchisees have delivered strong results with a number already expanding their business by purchasing more franchises.
