There’s another record trading year in the offing at leading recruitment franchise, Driver Hire. And that was reflected in the celebrations at this year’s annual conference, where the outstanding, award-winning individual performances of a quarter of its franchisees were recognised.
Leading the way were Driver Hire Ayrshire & Dumfries. Following another outstanding performance, co-directors of the business, Donald McClymont and Gordon Hyslop, were on hand to collect Driver Hire’s coveted ‘Franchisee of the Year’ Award,. Also putting their hands on silverware were Driver Hire offices in Belfast (Endeavour Award), Uxbridge (David Walter Salver), Reading (New Start of the Year) and Ashford (Training Award).
In addition a further seventeen franchisees received awards for achieving new record levels of turnover.
Commenting on the success of the Driver Hire network over the past twelve months, Chief Executive Officer, Chris Chidley said: “We’re well on course to make it four record business years in a row. That’s a reflection of the superb performance of our network as a whole. Behind each individual performance there’s a great story of commitment, hard work and – of course – Driver Hire’s proven business model. I congratulate all our franchisees on their success in what has been an uncertain year. Looking ahead, as we’ve proved in the past, uncertainty does create opportunities for our business. So I’m already optimistic about continuing our record-breaking run in 2017.”
