The Dwyer Group, one of the world’s largest parent companies of trade service brands, has completed the add-on acquisition of Bright & Beautiful, a home-cleaning franchise based in Manchester.
The deal marks the ninth acquisition for Dwyer Group in the last few years and sees the organisation grow to £1.2billion in system-wide sales.
Dwyer Group now has 15 franchise brands consisting of more than 2,800 franchisees and over 600 employees throughout North America, Germany and the UK.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bright & Beautiful to the Dwyer Group family of brands,” says Mike Bidwell, president and CEO of Dwyer Group.
“This addition helps Dwyer Group diversify our brand presence in the UK, taking us one step closer to offering a comprehensive residential and commercial service line-up to our customers.”
Bright & Beautiful offers residential cleaning services, providing eco-friendly cleaning, laundry and tidying assistance.
The business was founded by Rachel Ray and has grown over the last 10 years into a system of more than 50 franchisees, who employ over 700 staff between them.
