Nikki, a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP), joins the marketing and recruitment specialists from Pitman Training, where she was the franchise sales manager.
Highly respected within the sector and a regular at both bfa and EWIF events, Nikki was a key member of the management team behind Pitman’s national growth in recent years, also supporting international expansion. She previously spent six years at transport and logistics franchise Driver Hire, and was shortlisted for this year’s Young Woman in Franchising award by EWIF.
Nikki said: "I'm really excited about joining Chantry, they are a brilliant team of people with a fantastic range of franchising experience. Coming from a background where I’ve worked directly for franchisors, I'm greatly looking forward to sharing the knowledge I've gained to help even more brands.
"Understanding what makes each of them unique, and successfully supporting them to recruit high-calibre franchisees, is an exciting new challenge and one I can’t wait to get started on."
Chantry director and QFP trainer, Chris Cook, added: "This is amazing news for our team and the businesses we work with. We’re all very excited about the energy Nikki’s already bringing to Chantry.
"She’s a perfect fit for us, passionate about ethical franchising and about making a real difference to people and their businesses. She brings enormous integrity, enthusiasm and knowledge to the team – it’s the perfect way to celebrate the company’s tenth year in business!"
Nikki becomes the second addition to Chantry’s senior team in the last year, after former British Franchise Association PR manager, Paul Stafford, joined at the end of 2016.
