ActionCOACH wins 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction rating for fifth year running

Business services franchise ActionCOACH is celebrating after winning 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status for the fifth year running.

First receiving the award in 2013, the result means ActionCOACH is now just one of four franchisors to be awarded the 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction rating five times.

ActionCOACH’s franchise partners gave anonymous feedback rating the franchise and its products, rewards and support in an independent survey conducted by Smith & Henderson.

The overall score puts ActionCOACH in the running for Smith & Henderson’s annual franchise awards, where it has won Best Mid-Priced Franchise for the past three years.

Ian Christelow, ActionCOACH’s UK co-founder, says: "These awards mean the most to our team because they are based on our partners’ feelings about our franchise. No matter how great your system is, if your franchisees are not happy, then growth is not possible.

"We consider our franchisees to be our business partners. We work hard to provide the best support and opportunities for growth to our franchise partners. Their anonymous feedback gives us confidence we’re on the right track but we’ll never become complacent.
