New TaxAssist Accountants shop opens in Aberdeen

The Aberdeen branch of TaxAssist Accountants has moved to new premises in the city as the demand for its services continues to grow.

Franchisee and chartered accountant Steven Mearns, who took over the practice from his father in December 2017, celebrated the official opening of his new TaxAssist Accountants shop, which he runs with the assistance of four members of staff.

Steven explains: "Having moved to new premises, I was keen to hold an official opening ceremony for friends, colleagues and clients to showcase our spacious new shop.

"As demand for our services continues to grow, the new shop gives us the opportunity to grow with it. The event went really well and it was a pleasure to see so many turn out to celebrate with us.

"I have ambitious growth plans for the practice, and with the business going from strength to strength in Aberdeen, I will soon be expanding to cover a wider part of Aberdeenshire, where I have found another ideally located shop on the high street in Banchory."

TaxAssist Accountants now has over 290 shops and offices across the UK.
