Caremark’s Culture Campaign promotes pride among staff

An integral part of Caremark’s training and induction programme for new staff is the introduction to Caremark’s Culture Campaign. New recruits are welcomed into the Caremark family and, from the get-go, made to feel valued as they join others who are all working towards ‘creating the mark of excellent care’.

Launched earlier in 2018, the campaign is designed to bring together an entire network of more than 100 franchisees – along with 4,500-plus care workers – linking hearts and minds through the desire to ‘live’ the brand values of compassion, professionalism and integrity as each person works as one team with one goal.

This innovative campaign helps newcomers (and the not so new) grasp what it really means to be at the forefront of the care service. It is designed to help them feel proud of the job they do, valued for the service they provide and appreciated for the efforts they put in each day.

Amarjit and Sharon Gill, franchisees for Caremark Redditch and Bromsgrove, use every opportunity to envelop their new and existing staff with the campaign’s culture and demonstrate passion for their care business. With every member of staff feeling that they are part of something bigger and that what they do matters, they have created a loyal, hard-working and focused team who are proud to deliver a first-class care service to their clients.
