The British Franchise Association (bfa) has announced its new board, effective immediately, at its annual general meeting.
John Spencer, group chairman at NIC Group Services, has taken over as chairman of the bfa from Trevor Brocklebank of Home Instead Senior Care.
John, who has been with NIC for over 40 years, has a wealth of experience and will bring some invaluable insight to the association.
Outgoing chairman Trevor congratulated his successor: “John is highly respected in the franchising sector and I know will continue the drive towards our new vision with the bfa team. I couldn’t be handing over to a more experienced individual.”
