Driver Hire franchisees benefit from Team KnowHow national agreement

Driver Hire’s National Accounts’ team has finalised a national agreement with Team Knowhow, the expert services division of Dixons Carphone plc, which includes Currys PC World and Carphone Warehouse. The agreement enables individual Driver Hire franchisees to trade with Team Knowhow depots across the UK.
Team Knowhow technicians and their vehicles are a familiar sight, delivering a wide variety of electrical and white goods and providing after sales support.
Driver Hire has been a leading franchise business in the recruitment sector for over 30 years. It is the UK’s largest specialist supplier of temporary and permanent drivers and logistics staff to the transport and logistics industry.
“We’re delighted that Team Knowhow has added Driver Hire to their list of suppliers,” says National Accounts Manager, Sarah Brennan. “Their selection process was heavily focussed around compliance. They were impressed with Driver Hire’s rigorous vetting processes, operating systems and specialism within the transport and logistics sector.”
She added: “Team Knowhow has 21 depots covering the whole of the UK from Plymouth to Aberdeen. Driver Hire’s nationwide coverage means we’re ideally suited to meet their needs. We’ll be supplying them primarily with truck and van drivers and porters. We’re looking forward to working with them.”

Around 20% of Driver Hire’s network turnover is derived from National Accounts’ business.
