Pack & Send reveals the best cities for UK expats

Pack & Send regularly helps expats get their belongings to their new homes abroad, which got the team wondering: where would be the best place in the world to emigrate to get away from it all?
The packing and delivery specialist has created a great tool that assesses cities on many different criteria, from hours of sunshine and ease of learning the language to local educational standards and even the price of a pint! PACK & SEND then compiled an index of the best and worst cities around the world to move to.
With all of the data points considered, these are the cities that came out on top in the research:
5. Sydney, Australia
One of the most multicultural cities in the world, Sydney is visually stunning – with the harbour, golden beaches and national parks all part of the city’s glory.
4. Wellington, New Zealand
The world’s most southern capital combines a vibrant city experience with some of the New Zealand scenery made famous by films including Lord of the Rings and Avatar.
3. Adelaide, Australia
Known as the City of Churches for its diversity of faiths, Adelaide is one of the few Australian cities without a convict history. Its world-famous wine and award-winning restaurants make it a gastronomic hotspot.
