E-tel Express has opened its latest franchise store in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas.
Following on from nine other stores located in busy shopping malls across South Africa and the UK, E-tel Express is a one-stop shop for general business services, including printing, designing, faxing, copying, supply of a mailbox and business address, meeting room hire, binding, packaging, bulk SMS, and both a local and international courier and parcel service.
There is also the unique facility to send a telegram worldwide, either in person or from networktelegram.com, in a variety of themes and message options, from weddings and birthdays to condolence wishes.
The store has been well received by the local area and is situated close to the busy cruise ship arrival area, which the store intends to capitalise on by offering its services to the continual flow of travellers to the islands.
The islands of the Bahamas have a wide range of financial and tourism opportunities that fit in well with the products and services offered by each unique E-tel Express store.
UK managing director Philip Clarke says: “The franchise was agreed just prior to the awful hurricane [Dorian] disaster; this, of course, set back all our plans and I am very pleased to report that our local staff and franchise manager were unhurt.
“I spent nine years working in South Africa and it is great to be back again in the UK and to be focused on national and international expansion.
“We have been very successful in Africa, and now that we are headed to the Caribbean, we are immediately looking for more opportunities; our next store will shortly be opening in Bristol.”
Each store is fitted to a high, modern standard. Visitors are welcome to call in and discuss their needs, as E-tel Express offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist with customers’ specific needs.
E-tel Express is part of the international Network Telex Group that started operating from Dorset in 1991 in the field of global messaging and communication services.
The company has won numerous accolades, including from the Prince’s Trust, ITV Meridian and the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and has supplied telegram services to royalty and film and theatre stars worldwide.
