The Holiday Franchise Company have launched a new monthly initiative to recognise their top-performing franchisees.
They will be showcasing the agency who has contributed the most. This isn’t just focussed on sales, this is about franchisees improving their knowledge, delivering outstanding service levels, having a positive and can-do attitude and driving their business forward, as well as supporting the wider team.
Joanne Aldridge, Head of Franchise comments:
‘We have a fantastic team of franchisees, who work hard on their own businesses but also support the whole franchise business, so we wanted to do more to recognise their achievements. During a time of such uncertainty and negativity we wanted to bring some positivity into the team’
March’s award went to Sian Partridge from Make Holiday Memories
Sian always has a positive attitude, even during our current challenges, she takes the best from the situation and does what she can.
She has looked after all her new and existing customers every step of the way, proactively contacting them, to ensure they are ok and staying safe, as well as guiding them on the options to change their holiday, giving them reassurance and demonstrating the benefit of booking through a travel agent.
Based on what her customers have booked, she sends a ‘Thank You’ gift. This is personalised to the customer or the type of holiday they have booked, from prosecco for honeymooners to autograph books for a family trip to Disney.
Sian has also used creativity and her own travel knowledge and experiences put this into action on her social media, creating additional ways to promote Make Holiday Memories and engage with her followers without just trying to sell to them.
She has utilised downtime by improving her knowledge through supplier training.
Since launching in December, Sian has secured and launched a range of local marketing initiatives. From this alone she has generated over £100K in sales. She hasn’t even switched on Google Ads yet due to the number of leads she is receiving.
Throughout all this Sian has been ill and has continued to put 110% effort into her customers and business.
Well done Sian!
