InXpress have been shortlisted for Best Online Marketing Campaign in this year’s Franchise Marketing Awards.
In 2019, InXpress celebrated their 20th anniversary. They wanted to make a statement to mark this monumental achievement, one which their franchisees could be proud of. This led to one of InXpress’ biggest projects: Rebranding InXpress, globally!
The work behind the rebrand began with strenuous research, covering every element of the business, particularly online, across 380+ franchisees in 14 countries and their customers. By understanding the company’s audience and simplifying the messaging, InXpress were able to create a visually strong emphasis on the faces behind the brand.
Global Head of Marketing, Melanie Spencer, needed to concisely manage the whole process, for everyone involved. This included mapping out a detailed plan of action for each stage of the campaign, leading up to and including the big reveal on launch day, which all of the franchisees and their staff would be able to implement.
“Being shortlisted for this award is fantastic as it demonstrates how much hard work the network have put into making the campaign a success,” says Melanie Spencer, Global Head of Marketing, “We are so proud of the work we have produced and being shortlisted for Best Online Marketing campaign, it’s a wonderful way to celebrate our brilliant brand!”
And the new look is one which the InXpress network is delighted with, enhanced by being shortlisted for such a prestigious award.
