TRIB3 Live is designed to complement the brand’s signature in-studio experience, offering live and on-demand workouts underpinned by heart rate tracking and designed to be accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering results.
TRIB3 Live was created to support those who are working out at home or are continuing to integrate virtual fitness into their core routine. With lockdowns and restrictions still in focus this offers the community a great solution to keep them fighting fit and healthy and engaged. The TRIB3 community continues to show up and sweat together so much so that the at-home workout platform saw a 240% increase in usage on the first day of the second UK national lockdown.
The TRIB3 Live platform offers a selection of coach-led workouts available both live and on-demand across bodyweight HIIT, core and equipment-based resistance training. The different workouts take place across two dedicated training environments: Home and Studio. While Studio workouts focus on resistance or high calorie-burn HIIT, Home workouts offer more focused, bodyweight exercise and are perfect for those who are new to TRIB3 or looking for a dedicated core strengthening session. TRIB3 Live is underpinned by the TRIB3 Heart Rate System which includes the custom heart rate monitor, the SWEAT BAND 1.0, and the SWEAT app which tracks and stores your key workout data in personal dashboards.
