As an incentive to prospective new franchisees buying a new greenfield territory, Minster Cleaning is guaranteeing that you can achieve a gross profit of £45,000 in your first year of trading, provided that you deliver the marketing plan for the first 12 months. This guarantee only covers the first 12 months of trading and not subsequent years of performance. Because we are so confident in our franchise business model, if you deliver the marketing plan and this gross profit value is not achieved, Minster Cleaning will cover any shortfall in the gross profit performance against our model value of £45,000 in the first year of trading.
This guaranteed gross profit figure is based on the performance of several previous greenfield sites in year 1.

Gross profit is calculated as follows:
Sales £X
Less: Direct Cleaner Costs (£X) + Material Costs (£X)
= Gross Profit £X
