Puddle Ducks is relaunching its franchise in Tees Valley following a surge in demand for baby and pre-school swimming lessons in the area.
With classes for children aged 0-4 years olds returning to the area from May at Darlington Education Village and Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough, the relaunch comes as the swim school is now under new ownership, with existing Puddle Ducks franchisee, Ellie Cawdell.
Ellie, who already runs successful Puddle Ducks franchises in York, Hull, East Yorkshire, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Glasgow saw the opportunity to take on the Tees Valley franchise as a way to provide Puddle Ducks’ award-winning swimming lessons to even more families, getting local children off waiting lists and into the water.
Ellie Cawdell commented: “Puddle Ducks classes haven’t been running in the area for a while, so I saw this as perfect timing to take on the swim school franchise and make swimming lessons accessible to families across the community again. Swimming is such an important and fun life skill and one that remains a priority to many parents, so I’m delighted to be opening the doors to the classes again in Middlesborough and Darlington.”
