We’re delighted to announce our second innovation shortlisting, less than a month after we were revealed as a finalist in the 2018 bfa Franchisor Awards.
Home Instead Managing Director Martin Jones has been shortlisted in this year's Institute of Directors North West Awards, for Director of the Year – Innovation.
The awards are a celebration of leadership talent, success and achievement, recognising exceptional leadership and good governance.
Innovation is at the heart of Home Instead, in order to support our franchise owners to deliver the highest standards of quality home care for older people.
Home Instead Senior Care is the only homecare franchise to be shortlisted in the bfa Franchisor Awards. The award criteria required entrants to evidence ongoing commitment to research and development.
Martin Jones, Managing Director, said: “Being named as a finalist in the Innovation category is a real honour and it demonstrates what makes us different. We are the home of innovation in senior care, it’s in our DNA.
“The combination of industry leading support and new thinking, along with our relationship-led model, allows our franchisees to be market leaders of quality, trusted care in their territories.
“Our territories are an opportunity for people to franchise with a true innovator. They can be their own boss and be in charge of their own work/life balance, with a globally tried and tested business model.”
These two award shortlists are further testament to our commitment to continue innovating – Home Instead already holds the Queen’s Award for Innovation in recognition of the blueprint it has created for quality care and companionship.
The IOD North West Director of the Year awards will take place on 3 May, followed by the bfa awards on 28 June.
