Home Instead franchisees celebrate 10 years of success

Published: 21 October 2021

Home Instead was delighted to celebrate some of their franchisees who recently reached their ten year anniversaries.

As Home Instead launched in the UK in 2005, many of their franchisees are reaching these significant milestones. The home care franchise is always honoured to be able to celebrate these anniversaries, recognising the success their franchisees have achieved, not only with their local teams and business, but as part of the wider Home Instead network.

Home Instead franchisees celebrate 10 years

The company was pleased to welcome the following franchisees to celebrate 10 years of their Home Instead franchise journeys.

- Mark and Rosina Darnell, owners of Home Instead East Northants

- Gail Deveraux-Batchelor, owner of Home Instead Market Harborough, Corby and Rutland

- Jeremy Lane, owner of Home Instead Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns

- David Deller, owner of Home Instead Bolton

CEO of Home Instead, Martin Jones joined the celebrations. He commented: “I am always proud to acknowledge and to celebrate our franchisees, and how they have grown successful businesses which truly make a difference to the lives of older people.

“Our franchisees join our brand because they believe in our mission and ethos, and it is so wonderful to see so many franchisees throughout our network sharing that passion. They believe in Home Instead and are the reason why we are able to help so many people, and how we are able to continue innovating to ‘change the face of ageing’.

“We had a wonderful time reminiscing on our network’s journey, how each franchisee has grown and developed, and celebrate our collective success.”

Home Instead’s management model means that franchisees can enjoy increased freedom and flexibility in their lives- leaving the day-to-day running of the business to general and care managers.

A number of older Home Instead franchisees have enjoyed growing successful businesses but are now looking to sell them on to enjoy their retirement, meaning the company has a number of resale opportunities available.
