home instead number 1 Home care franchise, Home Instead is thrilled to have been named as the #1 franchise in the HSBC UK Elite Franchise Top 100 for the fourth time!

The HSBC UK Elite Franchise Top 100 recognises the top 100 franchises across the country each year. Franchisors are ranked based on the quality of their support, the success and size of their network, the impact they have on their local communities, alongside other factors.

To have been named as #1 four times is an amazing achievement, one which Home Instead is so proud of. The company has an 80-strong team at National Office, a level unrivalled in the sector, dedicated to providing ongoing support for their 240 franchise offices across the UK

The Home Instead network has continued to grow, expanding to offer their companionship-led care services to even more communities across the country. Franchisees have continued to deliver quality care throughout the various lockdown periods, and prioritised safety- making sure their caregivers were completely protected whilst helping their elderly clients live well at home.

Ruth Brown, director of business development at Home Instead UK comments: “Wow! What an achievement. To have been named as the number one franchise in the UK for the fourth time really is an honour. It is testament not only to the strength of our national office team and the opportunity we have nurtured, but to our amazing network, the success they have achieved and the wonderful culture they have created.

Martin Jones, CEO of Home Instead UK comments: “To have once again been named as the number one franchise in the UK is such a wonderful achievement, and great recognition for not only our network, but the franchising sector and the great opportunities it gives to so many people wanting to be their own boss.Going the extra mile for our franchisees is an integral part of our culture, and it is great to be recognised for this. Congratulations to everyone listed in the top 100- it is great to recognise the successes of the sector throughout the past two years.”

Home Instead is delighted to now boast a network of over 240 offices across the UK, welcoming a further 20 new offices this year, all of whom make a real difference to their communities. Whilst the company is recognised for their quality of care, and in the franchising sector nationally, their local offices are frequently recognised on a local level for their home care services.
